As part of its corporate duty of care regarding the quality assurance of our activities, products, and services, Rehan Medizingeräte Handels GmbH defines its quality policy in this Quality Management (QM) Manual. Implementation is carried out using highly qualified personnel, the most suitable materials, tools, and resources in order to fulfill the established and evident requirements and expectations of our customers.
Furthermore, we aim to comply with standards, laws, and regulations at a high level. The policy is intended to enable every employee to participate in the work process in the healthiest and safest possible way, to promote the general well-being of employees, and to encourage environmentally and climate-conscious behavior. This also includes concern for the health and safety of third parties.
Management recognizes that this serves not only the interests of employees and employers, but also those of customers and clients. The above objective contributes directly and indirectly to an efficient organization, the prevention of material damage and personal injury, and therefore to cost reduction.
The training and information of our own employees, as well as procurement from reliable third-party suppliers and of high-quality products, are intended to ensure and improve quality. On the one hand, management itself will take initiatives to increase and improve quality, safety, health, and environmental protection. On the other hand, management appeals for the cooperation of all employees. This is a continuous process.
All employees are required to support management’s objectives. Every employee is expected to carry out their work in accordance with the company’s QM objectives.
In addition, a Quality Management Representative (QMR) has been appointed to continuously monitor and improve these processes. Through customer satisfaction analyses, the company also seeks to continuously increase customer satisfaction.

As part of the management review process, management reviews the quality policy annually. To ensure continuity now and in the future, we strive for company growth while maintaining consistent results.
The implemented management system is regularly audited by independent external certification bodies based on the current versions of the applicable standard(s): DIN EN ISO 9001.
