Complaint form
We supply high-quality products. However, it is nevertheless possible that you have a complaint. If so, call our Customer Service department at +49 (0) 2054 1245 799. If necessary, you can send your appliance to us for repair, citing the repair number you receive from the Customer Service department during your telephone call.
Are you not in a position to contact us? If so, send the product to us together with a letter explaining your complaint. You can call us for all your questions during office hours. Obviously, you can also always send us an email with your question to info@rehan.de
