Warranty

At Rehan Medizingeräte Handels GmbH, the manufacturer’s warranty provided by the respective manufacturers applies. We do not provide any warranty for batteries or their lifespan. If you have questions regarding the warranty of a specific product, you can contact customer service at +49 (0) 2054 1245 799.

Distance Selling Act

The Distance Selling Act has been in force since February 1, 2001. As a consumer, this gives you improved legal protection regarding purchases made over the Internet. The most important aspect of this regulation is that, as a customer, you are entitled to a withdrawal period of 14 working days from the delivery of the product. This means that you may cancel your purchase within this period without giving any reason. In this case, you are only responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We will refund the purchase amount paid within 30 days.
