The Looky 5 is the most advanced, easy-to-use electronic handheld magnifier available on the market. The appliance has 10 high-contrast modes, 2 photo modes and a mode for viewing objects at a distance.
The Looky 5 not only has new controls, but also has a new type of battery. This model has a rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery enclosed in the handle. When one handle has a flat battery you simply exchange it for the other handle containing a recharged battery. This enables you to make even longer use of your Looky 5 while you are out.
The Looky 5 is equipped with magnetic lines. These make it much easier to read text passages. A magnet is fitted in the handle of the Looky 5, which is used in combination with a special corrugated sheet that is laid under the page of text. This sheet contains metal particles that are attracted to the magnet in the handle. Aligning the corrugations in the sheet with the lines of text makes it easy to slide the Looky 5 along the magnetic lines/lines of text.
