Implementation is carried out using highly qualified personnel, the most suitable materials, tools, and resources in order to fulfill the established and evident requirements and expectations of our customers.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, we aim to comply with standards, laws, and regulations at a high level. The policy is intended to enable every employee to participate in the work process in the healthiest and safest possible way, to promote the general well-being of employees, and to encourage environmentally and climate-conscious behavior. This also includes concern for the health and safety of third parties.<\/p>\n<p>Management recognizes that this serves not only the interests of employees and employers, but also those of customers and clients. The above objective contributes directly and indirectly to an efficient organization, the prevention of material damage and personal injury, and therefore to cost reduction.<\/p>\n<p>The training and information of our own employees, as well as procurement from reliable third-party suppliers and of high-quality products, are intended to ensure and improve quality. On the one hand, management itself will take initiatives to increase and improve quality, safety, health, and environmental protection. On the other hand, management appeals for the cooperation of all employees. This is a continuous process.<\/p>\n<p>All employees are required to support management\u2019s objectives. Every employee is expected to carry out their work in accordance with the company\u2019s QM objectives.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div>\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column  justify\">\r\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t\t<p>In addition, a Quality Management Representative (QMR) has been appointed to continuously monitor and improve these processes.
